Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using or placing an order on this website—including completing your purchase—you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


2. Order Approval & Processing

Approval Requirements: Orders enter production only when:

  1. A complete order form is submitted.
  2. All required files are correctly uploaded.
  3. Full payment is made.
  4. We send you an email confirming file approval.

Timing: Orders approved by 12 pm EST are considered same-day. Those approved after 12 pm will be treated as approved the next business day.

File Verification: We review files in the order received. We aim to notify you within 24 hours if corrections are needed.


3. Proofing & Color Accuracy
  • On-screen proofs are a guide—not final color.
  • Monitors vary; printed colors may differ.
  • For color-critical jobs, we recommend ordering a hard-copy proof.
  • We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee exact color matching.
  • For reprints of previous orders, sending an original helps us match better—but still not guaranteed.

4. Production Specifications & Fees
  • Files must include 1/8″ bleed. A $15 setup fee applies if missing.
  • Critical content (text/images) must be 1/8″ from trim edge.
  • Thin borders (less than 1/4″) may print unevenly.
  • Non-conforming files may incur delays and additional charges.

5. Changes After Approval

If you request changes after approval that incur extra costs, we will charge the original payment method or another card you provide.


6. Defects, Returns & Reprints
  • Inspect your order promptly upon receipt.
  • Notify us within 10 days of delivery if defects are found.
  • You must return the entire order so we can confirm the issue.
  • Approved claims receive a free reprint shipped by the original delivery method.
  • No free reprints or discounts for defects reported after 10 days.

7. Order Cancellation & Refunds
  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins.
  • Refunds are not provided for design services (logos, graphics).
  • You may cancel only via “Pending Orders” on the website—if the cancellation button is unavailable, production has started.

8. Archiving & File Storage
  • We retain order files and artwork for 15 days post-production.
  • Files may then be permanently deleted. We are not responsible for archiving or backing up your files locally.

9. Payments & Taxes
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Zelle.
  • All applicable taxes and fees will be added to your invoice.
  • Tax exemptions require valid documentation at the time of purchase.
  • If additional tax is assessed after payment, you agree to reimburse us promptly.

10. Intellectual Property & Copyright
  • You warrant that you own or have licensed the rights to all content provided.
  • Removing copyright notices is prohibited.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims or legal expenses related to copyright or trademark infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability
  • We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages (e.g., loss of business, data, profits).
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
  • This limitation applies to every claim, regardless of legal theory.

12. Privacy & Data Protection
  • Customer data is protected and used only for order fulfillment.
  • We do not sell or share your personal information except as required by law.
    (Suggest including a brief Privacy Policy with details on data handling.)

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, labor disputes, shipping delays).


14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes arising will be resolved in courts located in Hudson County, NJ.


15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this site. Significant changes will take effect 30 days after posting.


16. Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

  • Third‑Party Materials:

       Customers mus provide permission and acquire responsibility for using licensed fonts or images when design is issued by them.

  • Service Availability:

       Copy Service & Printing hours of operation, expected email response times, and holidays are available at our website and constantly updated in Google Business Profile.

  • Accessibility Statement:

      Copy Service and Printing is in compliance with ADA/accessibility guidelines.
